I am committed to helping my clients grow and work towards living a meaningful, authentic, and successful life on and off the field.
I operate from the Wellness Model as the underlying framework to unpack your identity, values, facets of health and functioning, obstacles to growth, and defining what success means in your life personally and athletically. I also utilize other theoretical orientations including ACT, IFS, CBT, and Solution focused modalities in conjunction with Mindfulness and Sports Performance techniques to address both athletes' performance and wellness.
