Coaching

Whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance your performance, self-development, or overall wellness I can help! Coaching emphasizes the client fostering self-awareness and gaining insights that will assist in creating actionable steps to achieve future goals in life and/or sports.

I take a collaborative, empowering, and strengths-based approach to help you improve your overall wellness, including your physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health. I am committed to helping my clients grow and work towards living a meaningful, authentic, and successful life on and off the field.

I operate from the Wellness Model as the underlying framework to unpack your identity, values, facets of health and functioning, obstacles to growth, and defining what success means in your life personally and athletically. I also utilize other theoretical orientations including ACT, IFS, CBT, and Solution focused modalities in conjunction with Mindfulness and Sports Performance techniques to address both athletes' performance and wellness.

Consulting

Do you want to improve your knowledge, understanding, and awareness of mental health concerns among athletes, how to support their mental health, and fostering their helping-seeking behaviors? Whether you’re looking for someone to educate your athlete, team, coaches, organizations, or athletic personnel I’m here to help! My consultation services can take the form of webinars, psychoeducation classes, workshops, or one-on-one sessions.

My goal is to increase your mental health literacy regarding athletes’ mental health to reduce stigma within sports culture related to mental health and seeking help, increasing awareness of athletes’ common mental health issues and knowing how to identify signs/symptoms of mental health disorders, how to support your athletes mental health, and resources and tips on how to foster a pro-mental health culture within making your sports context.

Trainings

My goal is to educate, inspire, motivate, and advocate for athletes’ wellness, specifically regarding their mental health. I pull from my former athlete experience, education, research, and clinical practice related to sports and athlete mental health when communicating the vital role addressing athletes’ mental health plays in improving athlete wellness and achieving peak performance.

I will discuss my vision for how sports culture would look differently if we prioritized athletes’ physical and mental health equally, and how we make changes to make it a reality.
